Overview

The waste gasification system is based on the characteristics of waste(MSW,Industrial waste,sludge,medical waste),and realizes a two-stage treatment process for the first gasification of the waste and subsequent oxygen-enriched combustion,so that the waste is completely burned,and after the treatment,the residue burning rate and leaching toxicity lower than national standard.This technology has a leading level in China and is a relatively safe and economical waste disposal technology.

    The two-stage treatment process of waste pyrolysis gasification and oxygen-enriched combustion makes the waste completely combusted, and the residual heat reduction rate and leaching toxicity after treatment are lower than the Euro standard.

    Pyrolysis and gasification process is carried out under anaerobic condition, which reduces the generation of dioxin precursors.

    The temperature in the second combustion chamber is up to 1000℃, and the flue gas residence time is more than 2s, can rapidly decompose dioxin-like substances, in this way, the content of heavy metals, dioxins and other harmful substances in the fly ash discharged by waste disposal can be reduced, and the secondary pollution to the environment can be greatly reduced.

    The unique structural design of Haiqi waste pyrolysis gasifier overcomes the two major technical problems of uneven fuel distribution and slag continuous discharging problem by the rotation of the rotary fule distributor and grate. It maintains the relative stability of the operation condition, makes the process of feeding and discharging controllable, and the operation and maintenance of starting and stopping furnace is convenient.
